Yes. Documents are stored securely and protected with row-level security. Only you can access your files, notes, and AI conversations.

What kinds of documents can I upload?

PDF, JPG, JPEG, and PNG files. Common uploads include decision letters, DBQs, C&P exams, STRs, VA and private medical records, imaging, prescriptions, and personal statements.

Does the AI provide legal or medical advice?

Accepted Answer

No. The AI is an organizational and drafting assistant. It does not provide legal, medical, or VSO advice. Always consult a qualified professional before submitting your claim.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel a Pro plan at any time from your Subscription page. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

Do you support MyHealtheVet or VA.gov integrations?

Not yet. Today you upload documents manually. Direct integrations are on our roadmap.
