Your VA C-File can help you understand what evidence VA reviewed, why previous claims were granted or denied, and what information may already be in your claims record.
Your VA C-File and your Service Treatment Records are not the same thing. Service Treatment Records document medical care during military service, while your C-File contains records related to your VA claims and VA’s decisions.
