StratForge Group builds software that helps United States veterans navigate the VA disability claims process with clarity and confidence.

Mission

Our mission is simple: put the information a veteran needs in one secure place, translate it into plain English, and hand the veteran the tools to advocate for themselves. The VA claims process is complicated by design. It shouldn't be complicated by the tools you use to prepare for it.

Why I built this

StratForge Claims Assistant was born out of the same frustration many veterans share: a shoebox of PDFs, confusing decision letters, and no clear picture of what is actually in your own file. We built the tool we wished existed — one that organizes your records, explains what they mean in plain language, and helps you walk into your next appointment prepared.

Our commitment to veterans

Every design decision starts with one question: does this help the veteran? We keep the interface calm, we keep the language honest, and we do not upsell you into things you don't need. We are veteran-led, and support is answered by real humans who take your claim as seriously as you do.

Privacy first

Your records are yours. Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, access is protected through authentication and database-level security policies, and we never sell your data. We only share information with vetted service providers that help us operate the Service, and only to the extent needed to do so. Read the full Privacy Policy for details.

AI transparency

When you use an AI feature, the content needed to answer your request is sent to a third-party AI provider through our AI gateway. Your uploaded documents and chat content are not used to train AI models. AI outputs can be wrong or incomplete — the app is educational and organizational, and it is not a substitute for a VA-accredited representative, attorney, or clinician. We tell you when a feature is AI-generated, and we surface citations to your own documents wherever possible so you can verify.

Independent from the VA

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. StratForge Claims Assistant is an independent tool that helps you organize and understand the records you already have.
